Q: What do you charge to store a Motor-home, boat, or trailer?

A: We charge by the foot, Indoor Storage is $7 per foot, example: a 30' RV would cost $210 plus tax per month. Covered Storage is $5 per foot. example: a 30' RV would cost $150 plus tax per month. On boats we include the trailer from the tongue to the back of the engine.

Q: Do you require a Security Deposit?

A: YES, you will get it back when you move out if you give us the required notice for a move out, and all rent is up-to-date with no outstanding fees.

Q: Can I leave my tow bar on the Motor-home?

A: If you want to pay the extra footage, you can leave it on. We measure from the front to the furthest back measurement, so bikes, hitches tow-bars, tow dollies, all make the measurement longer. Remember we are renting space.

Q: Do I need to sign a contract?

A: No, we do have an agreement that you sign with very important information on it, but no long-term contracts. We have a one month minimum charge, but you can stay for a shorter time.

Q: When is rent due?

A: All customer rent is due on the 1st, no matter when you move in. It is late after the 10th, and you will be assessed a fee.

Q: What if I want to be plugged in?

A: We have electric available for a fee of $30.00 per month, plus tax. This electric is for keeping batteries charged. We no longer allow refrigerators to be turned on inside the building due to recalls on many of them, which may start fires. You can use the electric in the parking lot for turning on and cooling off your refrigerator.

Q: Do I have to pay when I am gone?

A: YES, unless you move out. If you move out and we fill up we will not hold you a space unless you are paying while you are gone. We require a 15-day written notice if you are planning to move out.

Q: Is there a charge or maximum amount of times I can have you pull me out?

A: No charge and No maximum, we like our customers to use their toys and we do not mind getting them out for you.

Q: Do I put my toys away or do you?

A: We do all the parking for you, so all you have to do is enter our Huge customer parking lot, and drop it off in one of the many spaces. We will then put it away for you. Then, when you want to go out again, all you do is call us up and tell us the day and time that you would like to have us pull it out. We will have it ready and waiting for you.

Q: Do you have a dump station, air or water?

A: Yes we do. Our boaters really like this because they can rinse their engines and wash their boats before we put them away. They also like that they can put air in their tires before they go out. The RV'ers like the dump station for emptying their tanks before they are put away.

Q: Should I keep the insurance in affect while I am in storage?

A: Yes, some insurance companies will give you a storage rate if you are not using the vehicle at all, but be sure to put it back into effect before you take it out. Our insurance only covers any damage that we do while parking your vehicle, so if a hurricane or a fire does damage your vehicle; your insurance will have to cover that.

Q: Is it possible for me to load and unload my RV at your facility?

A: Yes, we have customers who are not allowed to bring their toys into their neighborhoods, so we permit you to have the RV pulled out and available to you 24/7 by parking in the customer parking lot. That way you can get to it even if we are closed, without setting off any alarms.

Q: How do I get in after hours?

A: Every customer is given their own private code, which allows us to monitor who is coming and going, and will not allow anyone in who does not belong here.
